We should try to keep the heart more healthy. Everyone should do a regular exercise to make the muscle of the heart stronger and to burn the harmful fat around it. We need to eat fruits, vegetables, and low-fat meats to keep our heart healthy. More importantly, we should have regular physical checkups and try is not to smoke at all. p
